Please care for our items as if you were borrowing them from one of your friends. We hope the item is returned in much the same condition it was received. Most of our play material is made at least partly from wood. Because wood is a natural material (unlike plastic), a few simple steps should be followed to keep wooden toys in good condition:

• Do not to leave wooden toys outside over night. Fluctuations in temperatures can cause them to age prematurely.
• Do not expose wooden toys to excessive moisture.
• Do not leave wooden toys in direct sun for extended periods of time. Such exposure can cause the finish of wooden toys to fade over time.

We understand that there will be everyday wear and tear, and there is no additional fee assessed in these instances. However, if the item is broken beyond everyday wear and tear, abused or parts are lost, you will be notified and your account will be charged a reasonable replacement fee. Depending on the circumstance, the charge can range from a replacement part / service fee to a discounted or full retail cost of the item (depending on its age and number of leasing cycles). If you find yourself in possession of an item damaged beyond repair, please contact us. You will most likely be charged in full, but it will be yours to keep.

Through additional research, we've found an EPA-certified hospital-grade disinfectant that is non-toxic, green-certified, 100% botanical, and 100% biodegradable.
