Order Process

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and scheduled for shipping, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. This e-mail will also include a link to the Fedex website where you will be able to track your package.

What forms of payment does root for kids™ accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

For both the shop and RootLets subscriptions, please allow up to 2 business days for processing your order. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 3 - 5 additional business days for standard ground shipping. You will have the option at checkout to arrange for expedited shipping. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been received as well as another e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped.

Can I place an order outside of the United States?

Currently, root for kids™ ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
