Where does rootforkids.com ship?

RootLets and the shop at root for kids™ ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

At this time we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

What are my shipping options, rates and delivery timing?

Shipping and handling options and associated rates are available for viewing and selection at checkout. Costs for your selected shipping speed will automatically be added to your order. Our shipping carrier is FedEx.

Shipping times: Shipping time vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed. Approximate shipping times are as follows:

  • Ground Service: 2 - 5 business days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 Business days
  • Priority Overnight: 1 Business day

Rates are as follows:

  • For orders shipping via Ground Service within the 48 contiguous US of under $100: $6.95.
  • For orders shipping Ground Service within the 48 contiguous US over $100: FREE!
  • Expedited shipping (48 contiguous states): 2-day Air & Priority Overnight: Calculated during checkout.
  • Shipping surcharges may apply for oversized or heavy items. Calculated during checkout.

Please note that expedited shipping is not available for oversized or heavy items.

What is the shipping policy for heavy or oversized items?

Because heavy and oversized items require special shipping considerations, a surcharge will be added to the shipping price. This surcharge will be calculated during checkout. We'll contact you for approval of the shipping price if the price plus surcharge is different than the price shown in your shopping cart.

What time must I submit my order so that I can ensure my expedited order will ship as soon as possible?

Orders received on a regular business day before 10 a.m. Pacific Time with expedited shipping selected will be processed that day. Expedited orders received after 10 a.m. or on a holiday or weekend will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been scheduled for shipment, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. This e-mail will also include a link to the FedEx website where you can track your package. You will receive a second e-mail when your package has been shipped.
