Rootforkids.com's return/exchange policy is 30 days from date of purchase in un-used condition in original un-opened packaging. Products should be properly packaged and shipped via insured carrier. Please include a copy of your packing slip noting the items for return or exchange. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. We do not accept returns for sale merchandise or for Rootlets gently used products.
